Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using any tetr. software product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

2. Licence grant

tetr. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to install and use the software for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of your licence agreement. You may not sublicence, resell, or distribute the software to third parties.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use our software only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the software to transmit malicious code or spam
• Circumvent licence key validation or copy protection
• Use the software in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual property

All software, design, content, and documentation remain the intellectual property of tetr. Your licence grants you the right to use, not to own, the software.

5. Updates & support

Active licence holders receive software updates and technical support as described in their support agreement. tetr. reserves the right to modify features or discontinue products with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

tetr. software is provided in good faith. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tetr. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
